How do you create a shared generic mailbox in Exchange 2003
Can anyone tell me in simple terms, how do you create a shared generic mailbox in Exchange 2003 ? I want to be able to give 5 people in our service office access to the same mailbox but to the outside world there is only one email address that gets delivered to this mailbox. All 5 users need to be able to access it. Please help!

Russ, I don't know if you ever found the answer but i'll re-iterate just in case. Before you add the user into your mailbox as a second mailbox, you need to give your self Full Access via the Exchange Advanced Tab in AD. Go to Mailbox Rights and give yourself Full Control.
