I have created apostmasteraccount manually as a user mailbox and have verified that it does have the properemail addresson the email address tab. I have also configured it via the exchange management shell and there has been no error in the configuration but it doesnt seem as any of our NDR's are going to the postmaster account or anything at all is going to the postmaster account for that matter, it seems as though it is just anotherbasic user account, I can successfully send email to it, but I assumed that othermessagessuch as NDR's would automatically be sent to this account and it doesn't seem to be happening. Also if I reply to a NDR, theresponsedoesn't go to the postmasteraccount either. Any help would be appreciated?
