Now I have used the Exchange 2010 SP2. all the users in my comporation has mailbox size larger than 2 GB. and in the Email System, We have some problems : When users send Email, the outlook is hang. time for hang about 15 minutes. So I want to make online archive mailbox for all users, but when archived it 's not good. mailbox size is not reduced and in the archive folder dont have any Email letter. Pls help me
