You must do a "prepare domain" in all your AD domains that will contain something related to Exchange.

Actually i want to know that is there any wayby which ican pass credential of any domain to "Enable-DistributionGroup" cmdlet to mail enabled the group residing in the domain whose credential i am passing. For Example, Actuallywe have Two domains i.e., DomainA and DomainB both of them are in the same forest. Exchange 2007 setup creates some groups that is alse delegated permission. these groups are located in "Microsoft Exchange Security Groups" OU you can use "runas". and run EMC/EMS with an account that has permission. you can also delegate permission in Exchange to adminaccount in both domains. in EMC, click on Organization configuration, in the middle pane you should see who has administrative permission in Exchange 2007.
