Based on your description, could you tell me the meaning of >>tab<<? Is this a Worksheet in Excel file?
My understanding is that you had a Worksheet 1 which contained information of customers. You wanted to create a new Worksheet 2, in Worksheet 2 you entered the customers account number. Then a text box popped up, you entered the call number into that text
box, and the call number could be saved to corresponding account in Worksheet 1 automatically.
Is my understanding correct?
