How to clear autocomplete on clients
Hi
Some month ago I deleted a mail account because the user stopped in the company. Now I have created the same user again, but everytime internal people mails to him the mail is rejected, because they use the autocomplete in their client. If they use the adressbook
it works fine. The user is created with the same name.
When they have mailed to him from the adressbook, they now got his name 2 times in the autocomplete.
Is it possible to update the local clients autocomplete?

Add the old legacyExchangeDN of the original account as a X500 Custom Address to the new account and both addresses will work.
