How to define Disclaimer text message Transport rule
Hi All,
We defined transport rule for disclaimer text message in exchange 2010 but this message is coming many times in bottom when we are receiving, replying, forwarding message.
we have defined exception in transport rule the specific word 'RE:' or 'FW:' but no luck.

Hi Ali,
Its all depends how you have been Configured, in your case this sounds like you have configured for internal,external both ways.
or is it getting amended all the time ?

Disclaimer is added to every email sent outside. Do you mean you dont want the disclaimer if the email is a reply or forward to the first email?

Thanks a lot. We want disclaimer text message should come only one time in our email for only our domain whenever we send new message to anyone. but now it is coming in all the ways sending, receiving, replying and forwarding even if
someone else from outside our domain sending email to us. so can you please tell me how to configure it in exchange 2010.

Your transport rule for adding disclaimer must look something like the below.
Apply rule to messages from users Inside the organization
and append "Disclaimer text" using "Define the fonts"
except when the text patterns (RE: or FW:) appears in a message header
