Yes, it is possible to share mailbox folder and access it through OWA, but owner of mailbox or administrator has to share (or assign the permission)particulatefolder in outlook first time then end user can open it through OWA by following below KB... Appreciated the quick response!!!...But Is there any solution to share /assign permission without using outlook/ ( using any other application or script )If we add a group to a contact folder permission tab.. will all the members in that group get the access to particular users contact folder?

Admin can use PFDavAdmin to open all mailboxes of a server and share/assign the permission of any mailbox or mailbox folders available on that server but end user won't be able to. About script, you can post this query in Development forum which is the best place to get assistance on custom development/script... Using PFDavAdmin tool , we ( admins) can change the folder permission of other user. Is there any tool where a user ( mailbox owner) can login with his userid and password and change the contact folder permission?
