How to delete the email address from the address book.
Hi We have oneuser working under the organization and recently he has been moved from India toMexico. By mistake, i have created another email address in the mexico domain.Now in the address book two email address are showing under his name.One which he was running in india & another in mexico.how can i prevent his india email id to be shown in the address book to all users.Should i delete his account from AD in india? Please suggest.

Hi, On the exchange tab in ADUC or in the Exchange management console you can hide the mailbox from the address book. Leif

Hi Jaspreet, You can hide the user from Global Address list with below procedure. But to restrict the user by accessing two different ids you need to disable the user account too (you can also delete user id if mails are backued up in pst or in one mailbox and not really required) Procedure to hide the user from address list/book (this is for Exchange 2000 but it is same for Exchange 2003) http://support.microsoft.com/kb/273844
