I need to remove the Option (Word Options) tab from Word 2013. I have been unable to locate the correct GPO setting or Command Bar ID to do this?

Hi,
If you mean the Options tab under FILE, I don't think we can.
Generally we can use GPO to enable or disable an option in Word and other Office applications, for this one I didn't find anything related. Even if it can be disabled, some features and buttons are still available on the Ribbon when you edit the documents.
May I know the reason why you want to remove Options? If you need to disable some specific options, consider to disable these one by one instead of removing the Options tab.
