How to fix error code 0x800CCC0F using Outlook 2007 in Windows 8 Mail will not send!
Can anyone actually answer this question? There is not 1 solution that works that I can find Help!!

Are you running the latest service pack for outlook 2007? SP3?
Any third party tools or AV installed on windows 8? Are you using POP or exchange account?
Please provide some more information.
