Even if I don't create a profile in Outlook, I can send an email using Outlook Express, OWA, Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail and other clients. But I want to do the same things which can be done when a profile is created, without creating a profile.

Microsoft Office Outlook (Extended MAPI) requires creating a profile. You are free to use Outlook Express, OWA, Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail and other clients

I want to know how to log in to a mailbox using MAPI without creating a profile?

Hello Talib,

A mailbox is a part of the profile. You can't create mailbox in Outlook without creating a profile. You may find the How to create MAPI profiles without installing Outlook article helpful.

Also you may consider using Web services in Exchange .
