When users have more than 1,000 emails in their Inbox, is there a way to automatically move all emails (except the 1st 1,000) to another folder, lets say Inbox Archive? In 2003 there is only a way to delete them, but that is not what I want. Thanks,Chiel VarkevisserThe Netherlands

No, I don't want .PST files. Is there any other option?

Unless theres a 3rd party bit of software that can do it im pritty sure thats the only way you can do it is with auto archiving, we dont use it very much at all, we set it up on the desktop/laptop to auto archive to a network share that points to there NAS normaly to archive anything past a set date. sorry cant really help much more then that. You may find a 3rd party peice of software that could do it, or get some group policy to setup the auto archiving for you.
