How to only deliver to one member in a distribution list
I would like to have emails sent to a distribution list assigned (forwarded) to onlyone member in the DL. It would be niceif the rule/process could bepresence aware of the members and using some type of load balancing. Todayeveryone gets the email and weget duplicate responses.

Isnt the point of using a DL? Not sure what problem you are trying to solve. Presence aware sounds like you want integration with OCS and want some sort of workflow process to determine who is online or not. Sharepoint has workflow capabilities ( with required coding on your part).

DL was just a thought becuase that is how it is setup not. We need to verbally manage who is addressing each email.Iwould like to send the email to the next available rep automatically. I am assuming there are some 3rd party solutions, but was wondering if people have found some simple ways nativly in Exchange. For example, forwarding the inbox to a public folder and then letting reps move them from the public folder into thier work folder. Is that possible? Can 2 people move the same email at the same time? I was thinking about adding a custom attribute and let users set the attribute like "AssignedToRep" and they would put in thier name when they were working on the email.

Exchange doesnt really have that sort of collaboration/presence awareness built-in. There is no concept of check-in/checkout, etc.. without some serious custom coding.Sharepoint is one solution there:http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb386211.aspx
