How to purge mailbox with removing user in AD
Hi all!! I have several disconnected mailboxes but I cannot purgue them without removing the user in Active Directory. Is there any wayfor deleting the mailbox without waiting for the CleanUp Agent to run?? Or is there any way to force CleanUp Agent instead of waiting for the interval? In Exchange 2003 I used to use the purge option. Thanks !! Edgee

Check out the following website. If the mailboxes show as disconnected this will purge them, otherwise run get-mailboxdatabase |clean-mailboxdatabase first. http://msmvps.com/blogs/andersonpatricio/archive/2007/10/08/removing-disconnected-mailboxes-in-exchange-server-2007.aspx Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
