How to remove Access db lock

I was attempting to use AutoCorrect for db "A" and was instructed to run Object Dependency first. this routine failed. I found that the linked DB "B" was now locked. How can I remove the lock for DB "B" ?

Are you talking about the read-only when view the object dependencies for database objects? if so, it's by design,
