When I book a resource and then cancel the meeting, the Canceled meeting is still visible on the resoruce calendar. Is that standrad behavior? How do I get them to off the calendar beucase the confuse users.

Hi, This is by design. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/280854 Although the meeting remains on the resource calendar, the Free/Busy information is cleared on the next Free/Busy update cycle. This allows others to book the resource without conflict. Thanks, Richard.
