Hi, I do have a shared mailbox which is being used by 8 users and when I try to provide read acess to few users and full access to others, the users with read access are unable to open to mailbox. The moment their access right is chaged to full access, they are able to view. Can any one help me in getting this one fixed. Thanks Raj

to open the "mailbox" i believe users need full mailbox access. But this means to mount the entire thing. if you only want them using parts of it, you can use Outlook deligation to the specific folders in question.
