Hi! Person A wants to share a folder in their Exchange mailbox with Person B. Person A has given Visible access to their mailbox and Publishing Editor to a particular mail folder within it. Person B adds Person A's mailbox to their Outlook configuration. Person B can see the folder and its contents. This is all basic easy stuff.
However, the folder in question has hundreds of subfolders. Person B can only view the top level folder and not the items in the subfolders. How do I assign permissions to the subfolders? I'm not going into each subfolder's properties and giving permission to each, that would take hours/days. I can't highlight groups of folders in Outlook so...
When a user is given permission to another user's folder, how do they gain permission to the subfolders within it?
Thanks!
