Running Office 365 / Outlook 2013 (15.0.4701.1000) on Win7 x64.

When I view contacts through Outlook's People view, phone extensions are omitted:

As you can see, the People view is only displaying the phone number even though this contact has an extension.  If I right-click the contact and choose to edit it, then in that view I can see the full phone number:

How can I cause Outlook to display the full value of the various phone fields (to include the extension)?
