How to stop permanent Deletion of Emails?
Hey there, I am wondering if there is a way to turn off the permanent deletion of emails within Exchange/Outlook? Is there an option somewhere maybe at the Outlook, most likely at the Exchange level, where you can turn off the permanent deletion of emails? Or any other way to stop emails from being deleted? Thanks for any help.

Hi U will have to set up a rule to forward all email to a specific folder for all the users. As an object deletion is user initiated and is what it shud do so there is no way to stop that, We can create all rules to forward the emails to a specified folder and then delet the existing email or do whatever with them. If you want to keep a copy of everyones mail where they cannot delete it you may want to setup mailbox journaling at the database level.. This can be setup on the properties of the exchange database in exchange system manager for exchange 2000, and exchange 2003...
