Is it possible to transfer emails and the mail folders from apple mail running in mac to outlook 2007/2010 in windows.

I have bulk emails, needed to be transferred to outlook immediately. Cant afford to lose any email, each mail is important and I am loosing precious time while not able to do this. 

Please suggest some fast and simple way of making the transfer possible. Waiting for solutions eagerly.

I agree with your suggestion but what if olm files stores large amount of database...i think this manual method can show some inconsistency in that process & for that you should try to get some third-party solution.

You can convert or transfer OLM Files of MAC Outlook into Windows Outlook manually but it's take a large number of time,There is some good third party OLM to PST Converter software available by which one can very easily convert a large OLM Files into Outlook PST files without wasting time.You can check one such a software from here http://www.olmtopstconversion.com
