How to update a property for cmdlt that has no Set-
for example I ran:
add-IpBlockListEntry -IPAddress 192.168.80.39
Now I would like to update the "-Comment" property with "Spam"... I would assume something like:
set-IpBlockListEntry -identity 1 -comment "Spam"
but "Set" is not an option here...
Thanks much!it-works!

Hi,
are you administering an Exchange-server or wheres comes the cmdlet add-ipblocklistcame from?
what happens if you use the cmdlet for a second time and configure the appropriate command for a formaly configured IP-Address range?

thanks for replying. If you re-enter the same command with the "-comment" field like this:
add-IpBlockListEntry -IPAddress 192.168.80.39 -Comment "Spam"
it erros out with:
The IP List Entry "x.x.x.x" already exists.
Thanks!it-works!

Hi,
yes, I know but I think the update path is missing. perhaps we should take part in the customer feedpack programm from Excahnge in order to improve the functionality for the next version. :-)
