Once we are in a hybrid mode can we disable Outlook Anywhere?

Whats version of your Exchange Server?

Generally, we can use MAPIBlockOutlookRpcHttp parameter in set-casmailbox command to disable the Outlook Anywhere.

Set-CASMailbox tony@contoso.com -MAPIBlockOutlookRpcHttp $true
