IIS restart sends old emails...
Hi - We're running Exchange 2k3 (SP2) on a Win2k3 server. The other night I restarted IIS and I noticed that about 300 outbound emails got send from our server that our users had sent at different timeframes in the previous 2 months. So, many of our clients received one or two month old emails from us and it caused a lot of confusion. At the time that I restarted IIS, there were no emails in the System Manager queues. I did not physically look in the queue, pickup orbadmail directories so I can't confirm they weren't sent from there. I want to prevent this from happening in the future and know where to look to monitor this. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! -Glen
