I noticed that my IMAP4 services was not running in Exchange Server Manager so I went to my windows services and the status saids "Starting" and I can't stop or start the services. How can I fix that?

Hi Robby, You mean the start/stop button of that service is gray, right? I suggest you download ExBPA to have a health check for the Exchange Server. Please also paste the error in event log whose event source is IMAP4SVC. Thanks, Elvis
