i've been having IMAP synch problem. i tried all the proposed solutions from all forums and i hope everything to fix it, yet i'm still suffering the same issue.

furthermore, i lost a lot of emails during the process. they were deleted from my outlook inbox and from webmail also while i did not intentionally performed any delete action in outlook 2013.

this is a serious issue, i'm fine with my outlook having a problem but deleting my emails. that i can't accept!!!!!!!

Did you set AutoArchive on your Inbox folder? Please right click on Inbox and select Properties. Click on AutoArchive tab and check if you has enabled AutoArchive on your Inbox items.

If you have set autoarchive, you can find the Archive.pst file in the following location:

C:\Users\%userprofile%\Documents\Outlook Files\archive.pst

In addition, please contact your email ISP to confirm if any delete action has been done on the server side.
