Do a look up at http://emailsrvr.com and put in the IP address of your host 94.200.211.2. If it is blocked you need to fill up the form at http://csi.cloudmark.com/reset-request/ to remove your IP address from bloc list. Hi This issue may occur if the following conditions are true: Delivery restrictions have been set on a connector in Exchange Server 2003. The affected user belongs to a group that has been authorized to use the connector. The distinguished name (DN) of the affected user contains one or more of the following characters: An asterisk (*) An opening parenthesis (() A closing parenthesis ()) A backslash (\) You can read this KB and install hotfix. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923495 2. We checked the Security permission on Exchange server and we don't have any allow permission on Exchange Domain Server Group. In Exchange System Manager, Expand the Administrative Group, Expand the Servers. Right click on the Exchange Servers and go to the properties. Select the Security Tab. Select the Exchange Domain Servers Group from Group or User name. Allowed the send as permission . Check on Advanced and check Allow inheritable permission from the parent to propagate to this object and all child object. Terence Yu TechNet Community Support

The information provided in this post is not entirely correct. The listing may be due to one or more of a number of different lists. If you follow the URL given in the error message you'll end up at: http://blaggregate.emailsrvr.com/ You then enter your IP which is the one given inside the square brackets from your Rejection message (i.e. Client host [IP Address Here] blocked). You can then see which of the lists caused the IP to be blocked. If none of then are highlighted then its likely that your issue has been resolved and you should try sending your mail again. You only need to fill in the Cloudmark CSI form *if* the error string '127.26.0.2' is in your Rejection message. When you fill in that form, it will tell you on 'submit' if the IP is listed with Cloudmark or not. If it isn't, you don't have to submit the form again.
