We are facing issue with IRM feature in Exchange server. It is working in OWA but we are unable to use it with Microsoft Outlook.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thank you for your question.

If the outlook is 2010, we should configure the outlook protect rule by the following link:

If the outlook is 2013, we could refer to the following link:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc179103.aspx

if IRM didnt work we could restart IIS and rebuild the outlook profile to check if the issue persist.
