ISINTEG - Exchange 2003
Is there any harm to running ISINTEG -s servername -fix -test alltests without first running Eseutil /d ?

No Just be sure to take a backup of the EDB before you run any commands against it
Also post /D run ISINTEG again and repeat until you have zero (0) errors (NOTE Don't worry about warnings in isinteg, its just the errors you want to be concerned with)

But for what reason you want to run it? to execute it you need to dismout your database.
