Hi, If you need help from us, you need to provide some details about the problem. Just saying "that you are not able to send to hotmail and LiveMail" is not enough.Martina Miskovic

hi, Per my understanding, that you only can't send message to the two domains, right? Please first check your NDR, if you can't send message, you should get NDR, see if it can provide some useful information. If NDR is not enough, check your message tracking log and smtp log(if you have enable the smtp log).
