I can not send a small video from my camera through email it cuts out every time. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I can not seem to download a game programe with out an error message telling me I need a authentic signiture I have no clue what that means! Help!!!!!!!!!ThanksJ

Hi, Before we go any further troubleshooting, I'd like to confirm: 1. what client are you using to create your email and add video attachment? e.g. Outlook or Outlook Express or Web mail account etc 2. Are you using UAC function with your Windows Vista? If so, please go to User account and turn UAC off temporarily. 3. Do you use a domain email account and using Exchange server as your mail server system? By the way, please temporarily turn off any anti-virus and anti-spam software on your computer if any. Hi,I have tried all the things you have listed. I however have incedimail as my mail client. I just sent my video through the webmail and it seemed to have went but we will see. Which email client do you use? Have you sent videos from your camera through your mail client?ThanksJeanie
