I have an Exchanger server 2013, and I can send to my domain and to external domain, But when I try to send from external domain to my domain I couldn't and recireved the following error :

Also, when I tried to make Send SMTP test by telnet , I received the following message :

501 5.5.4 Unrecognized parameter

I checked on web site and I sow my public IP is listed on Black list , SO I changed to new one , but still I facing the same issues ,

Check on your default receive connector that anonymous access is ticked. after that restart your transport service and then test.

Also test from another domain like gmail.

I found an solution is related with the Exchange SP1 issue and I should run the foolowing cmld:

Set-ReceiveConnector Identity "Receive connector name" TransportRole FrontendTransport

but I have the following connector as below , which one should I put on the command "Receive connector name"

Is your domain still not registered on a blacklist? If you go to MXToolbox.com and do a blacklist check is it clean?

Removing your domain from these lists can take hours or days, depending on which one your are on.

How are you routing mail? through a smarthost or MX records?

When I checked on MXtools, I see the following as attached file,

and my rounting mail is through on Smarthost,

what should I do it now ?

I notice the following error logs in server :

EXCH.xxxx.org.xx in the personal store on the local computer. Therefore, it is unable to support the STARTTLS SMTP verb for the connector Default Frontend EXCH with a FQDN parameter of EXCH.xxxx.org.xx. If the connector's FQDN is not specified, the computer's FQDN is used. Verify the connector configuration and the installed certificates to make sure that there is a certificate with a domain name for that FQDN. If this certificate exists, run Enable-ExchangeCertificate -Services SMTP to make sure that the Microsoft Exchange Transport service has access to the certificate key.

What this issues,

I changed the Recived connector by use this command :

Set-ReceiveConnector Identity "Receive connector name" TransportRole FrontendTransport

and now all internal and external mail goes to Draft !, ,and the Recieved connetor as below :

You shouldnt fiddle with those connectors.

are you using a self signed cert for mail or a 3rd party SSL? did you assign services to the SSL one?

I used 3 Prd SSL and I assigin all services "SMTP,IIS, IMAP"

Now I can send received Just internal ,

and all external send received are doesn't work ?

Yes I can do it telnet ,

Now I changed from Smart host to MXrecord associated , and I can send mail internal and from Internal to external,

But I can't sent from external domain to my domain ,and when I send from external to my domain I recieved the following error message:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain immdf.org by xxxx-xxx.mail.protection.outlook.com. [213.199.xx.xx].

any help ,
