have an exchange 2010 sp1 server with CAS, Hub transport and mailbox roles installed. On another server I am trying to install exchange 2010 sp1. But when I try to install the server roles it is already installed and I could not add the server roles to this other server. This is really urgent.

ok. on the first exchange server runn the command below and see what you get get-exchagneserver. you should get only one server on the new server navigate to registery path below and share with us what you have there HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Exchange ( please expand all nodes if you find something ) Thank you Dhruv

Hi, Which role would you like to install on another server? Since it displays that the server roles are already installed, can you see the relevant server roles in EMC or EMS? Also, I suggest you check the ExchangeSetup.log file and find whether the role is already installed or not. Thanks.
