Hi, Exchange 2000 use single instance - this means that each such message will be stored only once pr. mailbox database (so if all users have mailboxes in the same database you will only store one copy of the message). Leif

Helo Leif, Then, as you said, and imagining the example I gave, I have only 1MB storage in the database. mailboxs go all read the same email.
