I have a problem moving an Exchange cluster group to the second node. Exchange MS Search Instance is failing, event ID 1069 in the system log

The KBs below will help to troubleshoot the issue:
The Exchange MSSearch instance does not come online on a cluster and event IDs 3055
and 10006 are logged
Error event ID 116 is logged in the Application log every time that you start a
server that is running Exchange 2000 ServerJames Luo
