I just blocked mobile access to exchange. Will it slow down the server? I see the logs that each users are hitting the server every 3 hours and about 15 users. Do you think that will create some slow down?

Mobile Access is just a feature for Exchange server. You can choose to disable it and it will not slow down the server. Thanks.Novak Wu-MSFT
