Yes you want to just replicate to the 2010 PF first so they have a full copy, you can move your users to 2010 and the 2010 users wil be using the 2010 PF while the 2003 will use the 2003 PF. Once all the users are migrated you can delete the 2003 PF.James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

Hello JackRyan12, You can replicate Exchange 2003 public folder to Exchange 2010, then the moved users can use public folder on Exchange 2010. After all users have been moved to Exchange 2010, move the public folder from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. Here is one related document for you, hope can give you some help: How to Move Public Folder from Exchange 2003 to Exchagne 2010 http://blogs.technet.com/b/agobbi/archive/2010/08/04/how-to-move-public-folder-from-exchange-2003-to-exchagne-2010.aspx Thanks, Evan Liu TechNet Subscriber Supportin forum If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com Evan Liu TechNet Community Support
