I have Exchange 2010 and our cisco team request to have user from AD and this user has application impersonation for all mailboxes in my exchange .

How can i ensure the impersonation working properly

Is there any way to test the impersonation from EMS cuase when we test from the cisco side it is give us errors , i want to prove the impersonation working with no issue  .

You can test it via a simple EWS call against non-owner mailbox or by using EWS Editor as described here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2932679

for the imporsnation user it is mandatory to be able to login locally to exchange server ?
