Import a wav file to use as a personal greeting for a UM mailbox.
I know of no way to import a .wav to use a personal greeting for UM enabled user. I think the answer here is really just to use an auto attendant, but if anyone knows if this is possible...

Yes, you assumption is correct you need to use auto attendant but it can be setglobally.
Users can set indivudial voice mail in their outlookby recording it.
