Hello everyone,

need a solution to migrtrate all the emails from apple mail running in mac to outlook 2007.

Having thousands of emails, apprx 7500 in many folders tht needed to be transferred, so how can this be done???

Plz post some helpful solutions.

well i tried this method. But it seems that i have to upload each email regardless of its folder and then again download it. I have around 7500 mails and if i start transferring this way then it will take a lot of time. I am looking for a method that can solve my problem quickly plus retain my folder hierarchy.

Yikes... yeah that would be a hassle with 7.5k messages.

You can export each mailbox on the Mac side, but I have read from others that it ends up in a format Outlook cannot read. Well in that case, as you must have seen. there are many third party tools as posted above by our fellow members.

Thank you so much for support, looking at the other forums and having some google search I went with Mail passport pro. 

It worked for my problem perfectly. I have noticed that there are other tools too.
