I have configured In-place archiving which is a simple and straight process.

Can somebody please give me inputs on the below mentioned requirements:

1. Is there any Automation to copy all the mails in Inbox to the Archive folder. That means for every email there should be copy on Archive without the deletion of the Original message in the Inbox.

2. Can i restrict the users not to delete any email from Archive folder for compiance purpose and other business requirements. (Users will be able to delete items from Inbox only, not from Archive folder)
