in our firm when a meeting invite is been sent from one user to another the body part of the invite missing chunks of text, Truncated sentences, suppose a mail is sent to 20 people, the issue takes palce only for one or two users and its not always only sometimes this happens. OS windows 7, MS Office 2007 The organizer does not gets any error. Appriciate your help.

Did the following stuffs and resolved the issue. Open outlook > click on calender> view > current view > by categeory > now export calender to .pst Close outlook > goto control pannel > mail > select the profile > goto properties and remove cached mode Open mfc mapi > sessions > logon and display store table > select the profile > doubble click on mailbox > expand root container > expand top of information > rt click on calender > delete folder > exit from mfc mapi. Start > run > outlook /resetfoldernames now imported the privously exported .pst.
