Hi, I'm troubleshooting an issue where a user's GAL properties shows the following string in thh Display field, when viewing the users contact info: /o=xxx /ou=xxx /cn=Recipients/cn=userName That is the only information present - there is nothing under the other tabs, i.e. organization, phone/notes, member of, and email addresses. However, if I search for the users name in the GAL, I can see her information, as it should be, under the search results. It's when I double click the contact and open the contact properties that I see nothing other than the string above. I've looked over her AD account and there is nothing apparently wrong with it. I have Exchange Tools loaded and I can find nothing wrong with her email configuration...I don't have access to the Exchange server, though.

Hi, First let me clarify the issue with you: 1. When we search her account in GAL, we can find the detail information. 2. If we just find her account in GAL and try to double click on it, we can not find the detail information. 3. Then how abount she open her account from GAL? Please check if we have enabled "Hide from Address Book " from the account. Also please try to check the GAL from OWA since if we use outlook in cached mode, we only use OAB. Regards, Xiu
