Incorrectly decoded HTML messages in outlook through Exchange 2003
Hi all.I have a client who is getting messages through Exchange on SBS 2003R2 that are being incorrectly decoded, thus leaving HTML code and MIME data in some emails. It does not happen all of the time or from the same senders.I have applied a MS hotfix KB900087 which has reduced the number of problematic emails but not all.I have looked at the email in OWA and they are incorrectly formatted there as well, which I guess minimises the involvement of Outlook. The client is driving me nuts as the problem is driving them nuts (but I dont see that 2 emails a day that arent pretty is a major problem). One last point is that we are using the POP3 connector from a local dodgy ISP to collect mail. This is for contractual reasons that are too difficult to repeat here.Anyone with a fix or a clue to a fix?
