I have increased the mailbox quota on one of the user but still he is getting same error "1.97 GB of mailbox space used. At 2 GB you will not be able to send mail." Hi, Try to set the quota using the set-mailbox cmdlet. As far as I remember you can't exceed 2Gb when setting the limit using the GUI (unless you specify unlimited) Leif
