Hi,
Thank you for using Outlook IT Pro Discussions forum.
I am not sure about where font size you are referring to. Usually, to read mail in a larger font in Outlook, we can:
=================
1. Hold down Ctrl while turning the scroll wheel on your mouse down.
2.
· Open the message in its own window.
· Click Zoom from the Zoom group.
· Choose the desired zoom level.
· Click OK.
You can also change the default email font settings in Outlook 2010 by the instructions here:

Hope the information above helps. If anything is unclear or if there is anything I can do for you, please feel free to let me know.

In the folders pane, click on 'Personal Folders' so that it's highlighted.
In the Ribbon directly above the 'Personal Folders' click on 'Navigation Pane' then choose Options.
On the right you'll see a row of buttons, choose FONT. Then you will be able to modify your fonts as usual.
'OK' your way out.

A shortcut to modify the fonts is to move your mouse to the bottom left corner of the Navigation Pane and RIGHT click on any one of the buttons such as Mail, Contacts, Tasks etc...
Then choose 'Navigation Pane Options...'
You will get the same window where you can click on the button 'FONTS' third one down on the right.

Thank you Scott... three years later this is still valuable information. I would not have figured this one out on my own.
