It doesn't increase significant performance utilization. It is one of the protocol provided by CAS server so it depends on how many users use outlook anywhere. If you have CAS role implemented onseparatesever, basic Mailbox to CAS server processor core ratio is 4:1 so you need to have one processor core against 4 mailbox server processor core...
