Indexing backlog reached a critical limit

Hi All

We are getting alerts for Indexing backlog, However when rund CI-Trobuleshooter script manually it does not show any erro. Could you please help me that from where I can locate Indexing backlog retry queue and how to fix this issue. alerts are coming continuosly for Exchange server 2010. Alll Db cntent Index state are healthy on server.

Alert details :-

Indexing backlog reached a critical limit of 48 hours or the number of items in the retry queue is greater than 10000 for one or more databases: LUSMD030 (6, 17931, 0)LUSMD024 (2, 12448, 0)
