I've developed and am about to deploy a InfoPath 2010 Filler Form solution external to Sharepoint and I have a few performance issues.

The problem I am experiencing I've tackled before with no satisfactory solution, hence searching/asking again.

When my InfoPath form queries the IIS Web Service for Rest data to consume, looking at the IIS logs, the InfoPath form requests the same data twice through the web service and looking further at SQL profiler, you can see the web service querying the database twice.

How can I prevent the InfoPath engine having to query the oData Web Service twice?
